Jason Austin joined the company in November 2006 as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and is responsible for government affairs, regulatory compliance, and all legal matters impacting the business unit.

He has over 14 years experience representing energy clientele both in private practice and as in-house counsel, and was most recently Senior Counsel for the wholesale gas and power trading and origination business unit at Fortis Bank.

He is a graduate of The University of Kansas and The University of Tulsa College of Law.
